Key Features

The HDPii printer/encoder was designed specifically for the secure instant issuance of financial cards. It prints financial cards on both sides and writes card data with its standard magnetic stripe encoder and optional contact or contactless smart card encoders. Special features of the HDPii make it compliant with card association security requirements.

A. Lockable security housing protects card stock, input and reject hopper. The output hopper is concealed and there are slots for Kensington lock and bolting the HDPii to a countertop.

B. Cartridge-based card handling simplifies reloading or changing card stock. High yield ribbon and film cartridges load quickly and eliminate the waste of torn materials.

C. LCD control panel simplifies operation by displaying helpful display messages and prompts.

D. Standard magnetic stripe and optional EMV contact and contactless smart cards encoding support production of the next generation of financial cards.

E. Encoding options handling magnetic stripe, proximity, contact and contactless smart cards.

F. USB and Ethernet connectivity plus internal print server for secure network printing.
